got sick from all the lovely bags folks been riding on their rigs so made my own cylinder handlebar bag
it fits great over the handlebars and takes 1l nalgene with ease.

How does it attach? Is there some sort of spacer in there?

Hello,
it attaches via velcro on the handlebars and shockcord around the frame. Spacers are cut EVA foam (but not needed with clean handlebars)
Fabric is heavy duty sail cloth. Colors = I have black and red comming up
Zipper is water resistant size 6.
Two zipper tabs can be used to used to suspend it as shoulder bag when u get off the bike and dont want to get your values stolen
Daisy chain can be used to hold a blinking flash light...
