Wtd: Pannier Rack

Looking for some advice. Can anyone recommend recommend a pannier rack that will fit over 29's and will hold the Alpkit 20ltr Toliari

Apologies in advance for the somewhat self-serving post. I have a QR seatpost rack I'm looking to get rid of if you're interested, but it may not be what you're after but not looking for much for it - £12.50 posted:

I now have a Topeak Super Tourist DX on my commuter which I'm very happy with and I think could be used on a 29er.

Tubus steel racks seem to be the rack of choice but spendy.

Thanks for the info bud, I've got a pannier on this way which I've got a feeling is going to be too small. Let me try that out and I'll get back to you regarding yours.
