Surly KM Frame S and Afine 8 Wheelset New

Hi, I'm splitting my winter project it's a Surly Karate Monkey Small frame which has been bead blasted with a seat stay split installed ready for a Gates Carbon Drive set up carried out by shandcycles Scotland, powdercoated Black. £240
Shimano 8 Alfine Wheelset with an Alfine Dyno hub upfront on a Mavic119 x 36, rear is a Mavic 319 x 36. £350
Avid BB7 Brakes, levers, and cables, 160 Rotor £110. All items + PP
All items new and unused, apart from setting up .

Forgot to mention tyre size is 29/700c and the Alfine bar shifter / cables are combined in the wheelset price.
Alfine FC-S500 39t Crankset boxed new but has a scratch as indicated in the pic. £40 + PP
Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tour 700x40 tyres new £30 +PP
