Enlightened Equipment summer quilt opinion?

I was wondering if anyone has experience or opinions of the EE quilts rated at -1 or +5 for summer use?
I have an Enigma rated to -6 and I'm very happy with that for this time of year and the EE quality. I'm thinking about kit for use in spring to late summer. Uk and Europe general fast and light stuff which may include Spanish C2C or Turin/Nice.
Would you get the -1 and vent in the warmer week/s or the +5 and supplement with a jacket?
