That's great thank you. I spent far too many hours on the internet last night and ended up dreaming about it! I think I'm going to get the wildcat stuff and maybe mix it up with the Alpkit koala on the back...

:-bd that's great advice thank you. I hear you about lightweight and stability. So far my tarp, bivy, mat, down jacket, sleepingbag, poles and stove (without meths) weigh 1.96k. No food or clothes or worse still I will need lighter (yet strong) tools etc! The bug hasn't bitten, it has consumed! !! H...

fix it on bike
Hi! So I've bought the borah bivy, integral designs tarp and the exped up 7 mat... and realised that fishing wire won't fix this lot onto the bike. What hv u found to be the lightest way to fix it on with? (Alpkit hv run out) Oh and I need string and pegs for the tarp and I want it all to be lighter...
