I've taken a spare airlok with a bit of strap. Packs small and potentially serves more than one purpose.

38 x 11-32 on the commuter cross bike, 38 x 11-34 on the cross racer here. Has been fine for everything from long days audax style on the commuter, to 3 peaks cx on the race bike.

Ah. I don't know if the RaceFace N/W will run 10sp. It runs 8 speed fine.

RaceFace do a 30T one, with a bit of machining to offset it from the spider so as not to get any fouling IIRC
