What seat pack for small sized hardtail frame?

Hi
Would anyone know which make of seatpack would fit a small sized bike frame with only about 4 inches of seat post showing, preferably at least 10 litres? My wife is 5ft 4in so has to have the small frame. It is on a Cannondale alu FSi 27.5.
With a small frame the triangle is also a little smaller which really restricts the amount of tut you can take with you and therefore a double whammy so to speak.
Thanks

What's the distance between saddle and rear wheel? That's a more important measurement.
My wife is 5' 2" so when she got her fat bike she had to get the XS frame, the only way we could get anything mounted behind the seat was to use an Arkel Radonneur and strap the bag on the top of that.

A porcelain rocket Albert would fit, if you can get hold if one. Expensive but good quality kit. Another option might be a carridice saddle bag, some of the mounting options sit quiet high, I have a low saddle camper and it holds loads of kit.

Thanks all of you for replying so quickly. I thought I knew what was out there and all three options look to fit the bill, just need to decide how big is the wallet and what looks to be the most practical

I have the same problem at 5ft 5and a bit inches. I had to buy blind over the net and the best compromise I found was the Relevate Pika. I have tried it out on two bikes, on my Kona Sutra (700c) I have four inches of seatpost and 19cm (approx) from saddle rail to the top of mudgaurd (38mm tyres). Clearance is about 3 cm or so to mudguard and 4.5 cm to tyre. I'm hoping to fit slightly larger tyres say 45mm later and I think it would be OK. On the other bike a 26 in wheeled Univega with 2in tyres I have 23 cm from saddle rail to tyre (5 inches or so or seatpost) and with the Pika fitted there's a gap of about 6 or 7cm. I guess 27.5 would be somewhere in between. Revelate were one of the few companies that stated the required gap, 20cm iirc.
TBH I hadn't seen The Pearlpass XS that Scotroutes links to though I'm happy with the Pika as it's a wee bit bigger.

Thanks PeterC for the Revelate pika tip, one more bag to contemplate.
