Earlier this year Alpkit announced that the stem cell range would be extended to 4 designs - 3 have been launched but the one I was interested in was the "handy" or 1 handed feed bag.

I have asked them about it and they say it has gone onto the backburner and may never happen.
Does anyone else make something similar? Is the Apidura pouch useable while riding?

Revelate have introduced a new version of their feedbag.
It is reviewed here

I've just got one of the previous version, which suited me better from
http://www.backcountrybiking.co.uk/ They won't have the latest version in till next month.

Yes, very nicely designed piece of kit.

Much as I hate to say it, Planet X are selling Podsacks mini dip bags for £3 which are about the right size and have a drawcord closure. Can't go wrong at that price.

The new Revelate feedback is designed for singlehanded operation.

Thanks for the comments - I prefer the clean look of the Apidura to the Revelate. I will put it on my xmas list and if I have no luck will try with a plain chalk bag and see how I get on.
