Anyone got one of these? Price seems quite good, but any experiences with this?

I've used one for a year, but now swapped for something different.
At 3x3 its huge. Sometimes i found it difficult to pitch for its size, although that could be me. Weight wise its not the lightest around, and i always found it difficult to pack down to a small size in the real world, when its wet and you need to get going quickly as you're cold.
My verdict, would be to look for something a bit smaller and lighter, for a few pounds more. Theres always the option of making making your own (sure Stu has instructions on his blog)

I'm with Chew here. PU coated tarps like the DD ones are always heavier than silnylon tarps and take up much more space ... they also seem to 'hang on' to water much more, so they don't dry as fast which can be a concern on multiday trips.
For a few quid more I'd visit
http://www.fieldandtrek and buy a Tera Nova comp' tarp in either a 1 or 2 man version ... I recall the 2 man is £50.

I got the Terra Nova Comp 1 from field and trek for £40 and am very happy with it. It's size and shape limit it to a few basic set up's but how many do you actually need.
