Does a folding frying pan exist that in terms of diameter sits somewhere between the 19cm+ ones you get and the top of a one person mug/pot top type ones?
Ideally 12-15cm in diameter.

The lid/pad that is part of the Alpkit cookset
https://www.alpkit.com/products/nostick-mytistax fits the remit but it's £50 for the set just to get the one item.

Yeah the alloy alpkit pots at £22.50 have a pan that fits the bill to though. EDIT: alloy 1ltr lid is too big for where I want to put it.
The ti one is a better fit. Available anywhere solo?

The lid of this would be perfect but again it's spendy.

Is folding critical?
Yoh could nip down to a pound shop or somewhere else cheap and cheerful and see what they have. Cut the handle off and use something else instead - stick, rod, multi tool, tent peg

Removing the handle and getting a pot lifter isn't a bad idea.

That boundless voyage one is tempting. Gamble on customs charges though.
EDIT: actually it's beneath the £15 threshold so should be ok, shouldn't it?

I've bought shed loads of stuff from China, both over and under £15.00. Only one thing has ever been stopped and that was a set of forks in a big box.
You will be fine with a frying pan!

Pot lifter
My trangia and MSR ones wouldn't work well with a frying pan unless it was really thin
The trangia pan and pot set lids are often nicely thin, but frying pans, even cheap ones, tend to be a fair bit thicker
Actually might be just about functional, but maybe not brilliant

Buy a non stick pie tin from one of the supermarkets and use a pot lifter.
