So on the 28th me and a buddy headed through the tunnel to Italy to try and find some snow and for a spot of fatbikepacking fun.
Snow was found, rivers were fallen into, the winter room at a refuge was thankfully open (imagine a bothy attached to a closed hostel at altitude) and fun was had by all.
Here's a little movie I threw together of the trip:

Now that the snow has arrived properly I'm really looking forward to getting out again!

I watched this the other day via your Facebook page, great film, enjoyed watching it. Can't believe one of you managed to carry eggs with you though without breaking them

Thanks, was a fun little trip.
The best is that it was Patrick (the fella who fell in the river) who was carrying the eggs and they still didn't break!!!

Is that a drone on someone's backpack in the last scene? Any footage?
