Exped Snozzle Bike Pump Combo ?

Not tried it as it's just an idea at the moment. It wouldn't save any weight to speak of but would free up a small amount of space.
Cut off the shnozzle pump bit to leave the connector/hose, find a way to attach the bike pump, maybe a valve inserted into a bung that fits into the connector/hose.

Like I say, just an idea.

I had a similar idea recently but one than doesn't involve using a scnozzle,

Take an old inner tube, the valve part plus 2-3" either side, and sew/glue/ affix a part of the tube to fit over the mats valve, and ofcourse the presta/shrader valve fits the pump as intended. No idea if it'll work but it solves the pump side

I've also tried the bin liner + cork trick from @farawayvisions, which also works okay.

All this is because I now have an air mat (non SI), is moisture inside really an issue? I'm playing it safe regardless

It all depends whether or not the mat has insulation inside and if so, what type.

I bought the tapered 13 airlok dry bag for the seat bag. Though it would be good and weighs around 148g. Then I bought a snozzle bag for my exped mats and it seemed an ideal size to use as a drybag for the alpkit drybag seat bag.

Then I realised that this super light drybag which has a second use performs just as well as the airlok tapered bag.

I can't understand why I am carrying around 150g when a snozzle bag weighs around 40g.

I use my Schnozzle as a secondary drybag in my front 8l / 13l.

One thing I've noticed about the Schnozzle is that it's lighter material than the normal Exped DryBags so I'm wary (having not used it in anger as a dry bag) of its durability. I'd use it like you suggest as a secondary bag.

Yeah, I just consider it as a 'liner' to a much tougher outer bag. I wouldn't consider using it on its own.
