Kudos to anyone that tried to ride the river crossing. As soon as I saw it I just started walking.

I recognise that gate - memories of a marsh come to the fore. I suppose that was one of the easy sections.

the way we found through the bracken was definatly better than that still bad but not that bad

it wasnt until the end of the bracken I saw the really nice path 10m downhill ......

Ha, so glad someone got a pic of "The Swimming Pool". I didn't think to put my bike over the fence next to it. Was dark when I got there and I wasn't really doing the critical thinking thing.

Shame i didnt get a picture of AW getting over the fence, i didnt realise her foot was caught up in the wire and she was struggling as i was stood behind her saying " honey i think your foot is stuck " i think she replied with a few choice words

There was a cow stood square in the middle of it when I arrived, so bike over the fence seemed the only mooove

Despite my ailments I found it hard to believe stus 'it's all rideable except one steep push' but then I realised he hadn't specified on what . . .
