Compression Clothing
I've been experimenting various compression wear whilst training, Under Armour and XBionic predominately, and I think it's good, I much prefer muscle being held in place as opposed to baggy shirts especially post weight sessions. But, has anybody tried it post training as sleepwear? I'm thinking of using It over merino to sleep in? Did it make a difference?
Re: Compression Clothing
i like it on trips away (friday-sunday) we typically do more riding than normal, on bigger hills than normal.
it seems to make me recover a little better, by sunday others seem to have fatigued more than me - might be nonsense but i reckon it works. :D

Re: Compression Clothing
I've got maxgear compression tights. Did a weekend camping/riding in Wales last year. Slept in the tights on the Friday and was fine on the Saturday to ride again. Forgot to put them on after Saturday's ride and on Sunday ached like a $10 whore on Prom night.

Re: Compression Clothing
Ordered some compression tights to sleep in, XBionic Energizers, going to experiment by training everyday and not using them, few days off then train daily and see if my legs recover faster.
