New Tandem

Yesterday the Alpkit tandem had its first outing. It still needs a couple of things, but the initial ride suggests that the bike is bloomin ace.

My ex and I carried ours on a rear car rack. With both wheels dropped out it was only slightly wider than the car.

I feel like we need some specs, looks vaguely exciting! Wish my dad had (would) done this with me earlier, as it is ove had to get him into riding

Very nice, look forward to seeing it in the flesh.
Loved my Dawes Double Edge, it had nowhere near the components you have, Rocshox Quadra elastomer fork (came rigid and was rubbish off road until I added some boing), v brakes and 2.1 tyres. I also added a suspension seat post for the stoker.
