The bike was built up by SJS Cycles on 30/04/14 and at the time cost me £1719.52 for the new components (Rohloff hub, Wheels, Cranks and build).

It really is in great condition, hardly used and cost me a small fortune to build. I built this as a bike that would require minimal maintenance but would last years so it is a sound investment.

That was close! Your bike is my dream bike but I need a medium. Any particular reason for selling? My current medium Fargo fits me so well that I just don't ride any of my other bikes any more, so a Ti Rohloff version is about my only choice to change to.
