I've been looking at them recently and very nearly hit the button, however, from what i've heard they can slip after a bit of use, which is obviously massively dangerous when mounting something right next to your wheel. I've decided to stop trying to bodge it and just grab Monkii Clips. It also looked like the Zefal Gizmo's could end up scratching or even screwing in to the fork, unless you trimmed the bolt tip off carefully with a hacksaw, unless I'm missing something.

I liked the look of the Specialized seat post mounting rings, but don't think they make them wide enough to wrap around a suspension fork, plus they appear to be hen's teeth.

I hadn't, the gizmo clamps he reviews have been modified though to be adjustable though.
