FS / Swap: Large Singular Swift frameset

Large size Singular Swift frame and forks with Hope headset. Has covered approx 500km
The frame is very good condition overall with just some rubbing on the inner seat stays.
Some of the clearcoat frame protection has peeled from the forks. I have applied some lacquer over this, but obviously it's not a showroom finish!

Frame supplied with all the original hangers, gear cable guides, adapters and obviously the EBB.
Ideally I'd like to swap this for a similarly sized steel road / audax type bike: surly pacer, spa audax or maybe cx like a Singular Kite etc. But I'm open to other swap options or cash offers around £200.
