Had the same Yellowstone tent myself, it was cheap and nasty but kept me alive for a few nights and was my first Step towards lightweight, so cant complain if it still gets you itching to go again :)

I'm thinking that maybe it wasn't as bad as I'd thought, and maybe I'd been a bit too aggressive with tension etc when erecting it. I'll give it another go before throwing it out in place of something better. Unless of course a bargain comes along. The Yellowstone drybags however, are sh!te. Good for separating kit inside another bag, but that's it.

I've found karrimor to be great for budget gear, I've used an assortment of their dry bags for 2 years, only one has delaminated after ending up in the wash...oops
Although there's a clear difference in quality now I've used Alpkit ones, they still do the job
