Trying to work out from pics of this will it work with any other handlebar setup or just with a mountain lion? It looks like it straps on completely separately?
Have an old revelate sling (not that great) and a 13l alpkit xtra at the moment but could do with some extra storage for a trip next month and this looks better than a revelate pocket and clips. Can't afford a mountain lion too just now.

Yes, the Lioness has its own straps. I don't know how the straps sit with other harnesses, but there's a degree of lateral adjustment in any case so you'll probably be OK.

I've got this setup with both.
I have just used the lioness on its own and it works fine, just like a small bar bag.
You have a 2 x small straps that fit on your handlebars.
These have two female plastic buckles. These buckles fit to the male buckles on the bag itself.
On the bag you have the buckles on the top of the bag which connect to your handlebar buckles and another set of buckles which are attached to the underneath of the bag.
Both straps are adjustable and long enough to go around a dry bag.
These go underneath your handlebars and around the back of them and connect to the female buckles on your handlebars.
Am I making any sence?
So in effect you can use the bag on its own or with any bar bag setup.
So o know you have already ordered it, and you have made the right choice. It's a great bag.
I've got some pictures of the bag. Not sure if their are any close up one to sjow you how it connects though.
