• How do I embed a video ??

I'm not sure you can ... if you look at Ians WRT video post you'll notice that the 'video image' is just a link and can't be viewed directly on the forum ... but I could be oh so very wrong.

What Stu says. I take a screen shot of the video, place it in Flickr then fiddle with the links to direct the viewer to the video url, blog or wherever. It's a bit fiddly though.

You can with the phpbb forum software, but it needs to be enabled in the options by the admin. Bit like the functionality to use the [table] code.

Ah great it worked! Was trying but not sure how to clear the cache on this newfangled chrome!

From the video linked in the Highland Traill 550 topic - it's the making of this specific stunt, worth a watch! Alpinum linked it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJ67I8s ... e=youtu.be Lots of shots of Danny Macaskill not quite making it and falling off.

Btw for making gifs like that you just add 'gif' into a youtube address, after the www. bit and before the word youtube.. I hosted it on a tumblr which is free and turns out works just fine :D
