Some of those landscapes look utterly incredible! The company I work for has an office in Vancouver and I keep getting asked to head over for a few weeks. If only I could convince them to pay for my bike being shipped over too...

Sure is. I cycle toured through British Columbia on my way to Alaska about 25 years ago. I grew up in Aussie and thought I was used to big skies, but nothing prepares you for the scale of the BC landscape. It is achingly beautiful. Must. Go. Back.

Envious : )
It's worth looking up Pat Mulrooney's photography, it's all quite 'action-sports' but the backdrops are just incredible. What a lifestyle too.

My girlfriend and I plan to walk through the Canadian Rockies July and August this year. Somehow I'm rather glad we're not hiking the PCT as originally planned.
A friend rode the Trans Rockies and said too that it was stunning.
Biking in BC... well, we'll probably have to go again...

I lived there for a year. I miss it so much. Wonderful trails, amazing wilderness, great people.
