Must be about 6 degree comfort rating and weigh around 650g. Any suggestions? My shortlist:

Looking at the pics, it's hard to believe it can really be that warm? ... it's as flat as a sheet

I'd also consider a Western Mountaineering Highlite although it'll cost quite a bit more than the others.

Their 40 degree bag might make you rethink your 650g figure.

Have a look for rab top bags - they might not do them any more, but with a sleeping map and an insulated jacket I find mine toasty. 500g or so.

Stetch the budget for a PHD? Half your target weight...

Worth considering, the Minim Ultra may be the best £200-odd I ever spent on bike touring kit. Every trip out using it, my bars have 300g less weight on than with my ME Xero 250 (which is a good bag for 4-8 deg at 600-650g.) The Minim feels a bit cooler than the ME despite the same rating though.
Not sure if I'd bother with primaloft-type filling for a racing bag, you can't afford to let the bag get wet anyway so maybe better to keep moving until you find better shelter. Good tip though as I'd like a bag like that for pottering about.

About £140 delivered from that website, 518g and has 4 degree comfort limit.

I've got the Snugpak on test, it hasn't had a proper bivi yet, but I used it in the van at about 5° and was fine, with a bivi bag it'll be warmer. So far I really rate the construction (and mines only a prototype) and it is truly tiny. I'll report back after the WRT on how it looked after me

I haven't any personal experience so happy to bow down to the more knowledgeable but the OMM blurb doesn't instill confidence.
