Now I've got the inbred and carbon forks, I need to get some wheels before I can transfer over the bits from my 456.

I can't afford anything till Friday, but before I click buy on a set from Superstar I thought I'd see what people have going spare on here.

Not got my heart set on anything in particular, just a sturdy set of wheels (need to be to support me :-bd )

Cheers Johnnystorm! :-bd

Just had a look, only thing which stopped me clicking buy instantly is the fact they are white rims. Might look a little out of place on my orange and black inbred!

I bought a pair of the white Flows too, and one is on a black SP hub, the other a gold Salsa. They go on my baby blue Stooge, so aesthetic elegance is clearly unimportant to me. £48 for a pair of rims, which I thought was a bargain.

Cheers for the input all.

I was thinking of going for a pair of these - http://www.merlincycles.com/shimano-mt1 ... 77646.html saves me £70 over the superstar wheels. However, if I can look past the white rims, then the offer from Merlin seems like a real bargain! The thought of everything being orange and black but white rims doesnt appeal.........but i love a bargain as much as the next person!

The £70 will last much longer than any concerns about colour coordination ... I've got SS wheels and like them but 70 quid is still 70 quid

How much is a can of black spray paint? Won't be the most durable finish but should do for a while...
