I enquired before last years HTR and the guy that ran the site was very helpful, but he did have a ballooning event over the weekend of the HTR, so couldn't promise me any thing , but he did talk about moving his event!

I ended up borrowing a SPOT, so didn't need to hire one.

I think he is genuine...
