Nothing readily available in the UK yet. Dually rims are due 'soon' and WTB Scraper rims sometime toward the end of March. The Vee tyre 3.25" Trax Fatty looks like it could be the tyre of choice but if you haven't got much room, maybe try a 2.8" WTB TrailBlazer ... the Trax Fatty's are meant to be on the way and again it's looking like March for the WTB.

The British are coming!!!!! (On a slow boat from China....)

From Pactbikes mailshot:
B PLUS
We've also been working on bikes for us too. 650b+ is a hot topic right now and our first B+ hardtail sample frame is ready to ship. Using 2.8 to 3.2in carcass tyres on wide 650b rims, B+ is a fun split-the-difference offering combining lots of aspects of modern aggressive tyre design, fat bikes and 29+ in a more compact package. Our frame is built with all the new standards, and we are looking forward to crashing about on it very soon, even though there are only two 650b+ tyres right now, and I can't find any 148mm rear hubs. Whilst we could offer a B+ model right away, we're just working through the design and engineering issues it throws up so we can offer that style of model to people with the faults worked out on our bikes rather than your bikes.

Keep an eye out for Stans Hugo rims .. I think they are available now ... 650b 50mm wide option.

Panaracer will have a tyre out soon too :)

Are we expecting 3.25" tyres on 50mm rims to use a standard width BB shell (73mm) and give access to all the cassette? I'd quite happily start the process of getting a frame made up if I was sure of this and I didn't think that rear hub "standards" are in for a kicking. In fact, I'm tempted to spec something with a 170mm rear axle and 100mm BB shell and make it a fat/half fat bike depending on wheel and tyre choice.
