Got some problem with my private messages at the moment.

I had the email to tell me I had a new one. Came to the site and I got the red/pink box at the top of the screen telling me I have a new message but when I click it I get taken to my inbox, not the message, and there is no new message in my inbox.

Still get the new message box at the top of every page since though.

Is your inbox full? It won't let you see a new message if it is.

You might need to clear out sent items too.

Your inbox will only store 50 messages

You'll need to delete some and once you've done that theres a click to release on hold messages thingy at the top of your inbox. That will then release the messages.

I had cleared messages but didn't realise I had to release the saved ones.

No one ever sends me private messages.
