I was out last night (after bumping into a fellow forum member in the hills above Dunkled) and discovered that my memo gogo has condensation issues when there is rain, high winds and lower temperature.
I awoke to a little puddle and a wet down quilt :(
Would something like a luxe minipeak 2 be better at keeping me dry during the night? It looks like it would have much better airflow and ventilation.
Also, I assume I just need to hang dry my quilt and fluff it up again?

Leave it layed out flat and fluff it up every now and again until dry. Then take it (and a few tennis balls) to your local friendly launderette to give it a proper drying out and fluffing up.Lughnasadh wrote:Also, I assume I just need to hang dry my quilt and fluff it up again?

Sadly Gogo's are a bit prone to it ... they really need a vent adding to the foot end. They'd be so much better.
Yes, something like a MiniPeak will be better, in the right conditions condensation will still form on the walls but it won't be able to get into the inner.
Yeah just hang your quilt up or lay it out for a few days, the odd shake / fluff up won't go amiss while it's airing.

We headed up to the east side of Oisinneach Mor which involved a 20 minute trek through a bit of lovely bog but the campsite was worth it.ScotRoutes wrote:Lughnasadh wrote:I was out last night (after bumping into a fellow forum member in the hills above Dunkled)
