So I don't remember seeing anywhere the info regarding what colour badges were awarded for what finish times. Is that not happening this year?

Doubt it, I might get some button badges though. Is there a chance of a BB200 style badge for the WRT next year?? Wouldnt mind collecting them on my frame bag
You can't not finish the WRT, if you never leave the field you'll still finishI think people wouldnt mind paying a couple of quid more to enter if you did? not for the fastest etc but for everyone that finishes
It would have to be a Start Badge thens8tannorm wrote:You can't not finish the WRT, if you never leave the field you'll still finish... I'll have a look into the options.

Hearing the horror stories of BB200 and being so glad I chose to ride some Scottish trail centres this weekend with beer, if the WRT became a race I'll never want to ride itBigface0_0 wrote:Stu

We don't do races of any sort John ... but regardless, the ethos of the WRT is firmly at the uncompetitive end of the scale and will remain there for as long as there's a WRT.if the WRT became a race I'll never want to ride it
Thats they the WRT is so popular, for me it about have a laugh with your mates for the weekend, enjoying a nice ride and spending time away from the kids and fun control. I didnt mean the badges to become a trophy for being the fastest or sub 24hrs etc, I thought more a long the lines of the old style 100m swimming badges you used to have sown onto your speedos as a kid. More of a token of the event, something you could collect on your frame bag over the years...s8tannorm wrote:We don't do races of any sort John ... but regardless, the ethos of the WRT is firmly at the uncompetitive end of the scale and will remain there for as long as there's a WRT.if the WRT became a race I'll never want to ride it
