Same way you print any other pdf. You'll need a pdf printer installed, and make sure you have a high res setup otherwise it'll be pants. You'll need a fairly beefy computer to do a high res output on larger paper sizes. Can't remember how you scale it - I'm into the realms of full blown GIS software these days... :ugeek:

Is this to physically print or to export as a PDF to keep on a phone or other gadget as a backup?

If it's the former then sorry, I don't know.

If it's the latter then sorry, I don't know but.....I also want to do the same and so hopefully someone smart will be along soon to assist.

It will depend on if you have a 'proper' version of MM installed thats been validated. if you can print to a normal printer then you do, if it won't let you do that then it won't let you make a PDF

there are many pdf printers about online if you dont have one installed, you go through the MM printing process but select the PDF programme in printer settings. it will create it as a new PDF file, obviously you can then print them at a later date or send them to another device to view later.

I'm not aware that you can export or print a route the size of the BB in one file, I've always made several separate files that print at A4 - it seems to want to do that anyway.
