Does anyone know of a battery pack that will charge and be charged at the same time and has 2 USB outputs on it?

I've got a fuel 2000mah battery that cost £9.50 off Amazon that can charge and discharge. However, it only has one USB port, the other is a micro USB out that I connect to a sinewave USB charger. The USB out from the battery then goes to my gps to prevent the annoying "external power lost" prompt that appears when you drop below about 9km/h. Works well, although I think I read somewhere that simultaneous charge/discharge isn't great for the battery?

I use a TeckNet® POWER BANK 15000mAh USB External Battery http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00FBCJ184

Has a "normal" 1A and a "high" 2.1A output. Obviously if you are charging 2 devices at the same time as it is connected to the mains you are going to take power out faster than you put it in.

What I'm thinking now is, have 2 of the same battery pack (about 5000mah) with 2 USB outs each, and charge one from the dynamo while the other charges my devices. This gives me charging during the day, and the capacity to have 10000mah stored should I need it
I think that makes sense?

EDIT: These are £24 (inc vat) in Cosco, 2x outputs, a good size, 140g weight (to be confirmed) & charge indicator.
Doesn't look like they can charge whilst being charged though..

That is pretty much exactly what I plan to use for my sabbatical. I want to keep phone, nexus 7 tablet, Garmin (not sure which one yet as I need to upgrade my 800 to get Bluetooth/wifi), kindle, Bluetooth keyboard all running for up to about 10 days.

I have a Tout Terrain Plug II to do the charging from my Schmidt Son 28 although I think the technology is improving fast.

I have one of the 'automatic 4 stage' ones and it's brilliant. Use it cycle touring where it powers GPS/charges phones (you'll need to mod a cable to get an iphone to charge from it) and runs lights. I also use it commuting to run my lights.

So am I missing something here? All the things such as the plug 2/3 and the sinewave, are basically to stop the voltage getting high enough to fry the device being charged? So they do the same job as the shimano SM-DH10 overvoltage protector that comes with the XT dynamo hub?

That just stops you frying a rear light, I don't think it converts the output to a specific 5v output (or provides a handy usb socket).
