Been tryiny to add some pictures to a write up but i keep failing..

If i go to attach it to the actual thread it says the file is too large (self explanatory i know)..

So i've signed up for Flicker, but still can't suss out how to post up any actual pics on the thread!!

Any pointers ?

On flickr next to each picture you should have an icon of an arrow coming out of a box.

click on that and then grab the BBM code

paste that into here

The code your looking for is [img]http:/...............[/img]

I've had to swap browsers, but now i'm on it like a car bonnet!!

Do i Embed or HTML?

Link, HTML or BBCode?

What size is best to use (resolution)?

I just use the default for sizing

Fingers crossed i don't mess it up

Copy the code in and then hit the Preview button and it'll show you if its worked

dont know if flicker is different from Picasa but i choose

- select Embed image
- select a size to display
- copy code
- go to Post a reply and click on 'Img' botton above
- {img} paste code here {/img}

Had to mess about a bit to get the sizing something like (some may even still be a bit big)..

Some of that looks familier Mart, i'll give that a go next time..
