On One OG Bars in carbon

Post by BrianP »

Really like the Mary Bars and hoping the OG bars are as comfortable.

The carbon version are normally £80 and although the alloy version was reduced, as you clicked on the carbon one it went back up to £80. Until just now.

New discount price has been added at £29.99, £50 off.

Sometimes when you actually go to the basket the price turned out to be still the higher one, did this on the Alfine hub, but this time it stayed at £29.99. So carbon handler bars now on the way for my Rooster.

Damn, i got some week before last. Not this cheap. They are really really very comfy bars, the shape is great, sweep is perfect for me with my knackered wrists, and the carbon sucks up trail buzz really well.

I might buy more at this price just to stockpile.

Bars have arrived, well pleased. Close to Mary but a tad wider.

Pics here with OG on top of Mary!

Mine arrived today, and they are a perfect middle man between Marys and Carnegie's, width of the Carnegie's, rise (or drop as I run them) of the Marys and the sweep is in between the 2
Perfect!

Just ordered a second pair. Once these are gone they might well not buy another batch so best to buy whilst still available. Might just be the start of a carbon fatbike build to replace my Moonie.

Hmm, tempted to pick some up to put away until I've raised the money for a 29er!

Oooh. I'm interested. I've Fleegals at present and have had Mary's in the past. I really like the 720mm width of the Fleegals and wondered if the OG's might be too narrow. Has anybody had both and could offer a comparison.

it's not that I can and others can't, it's that I will and others won't.
