Can anyone tell me anything about this bridle way marked below? Satellite suggests there maybe something on the ground but not much. Satellite also suggests there maybe something on the ground at Carnau as well so...

I've always avoided it as the chances of finding something ridable are pretty slim ... but at worst it'll only be a 6km death-march from 723604 to 758585

There is a BW sign at the start of the BW that meets up with this at 744595 (cairn) ... but as we know, that's nothing to go off. Let us know how you go on :-bd

Looking at the images I'd say you're being optimistic about it being rideable.

If you were going towards the coast you may get away with it. The other way is probably certainly deathmarch territory.

I would be heading towards the coast but I doubt it's going to be on that route. :???:

Thanks for the input guys.

Looks like it degenerates (or the type II fun increases) going westward!

That looks comparable with some of the Black Mountain trails I rode last weekend. Fat tyres do help considerably on this sort of terrain.

The top and lowest pictures don't look to bad at all really. I might ride up to the start of it and have a look. If I don't like the look of it then I'll use the road. I'm only going to use the road anyway...
