Probably been covered before but here goes again.
How do I download a gpx track which is in the downloads part of my computer to my Garmin etrex 20? I am no computer expert so an explanation for dummies would be much appreciated.

If its like my dakota, plug in the garmin, use file explorer to look on the garmin, not the sd card. Should be a folder called gpx and drag n drop your file in.

Thanks guys, took me a few goes but got it now . Previously I was clicking/double clicking/copy/paste etc trying to get them to move, I am a numpty of the highest order .
