HT550 Northern loop

I've just been around the northern loop of the HT550. Weather was a bit changeable but came good on the costal road :cool:
I don't think the missus is too pleased though, spent too long in cafés and lapping up the views, coupled with loads of hike-a-bike on the Suliven section meant a midnight finish!

Anyway I think someone is on the route, saw a set of tyre prints in Glen Golly and saw a biker shoot past when we walked up Suliven a few days earlier.

I saw on Strava that you'd done that - well done, as it's definitely one of the toughest parts of it.

How did you find the Bealach Horn, especially where you see the valley you need to descend into then back out of?
