I'm all for protecting valid IP .. but ffs : ) If you're named after an animal you'd want your lawyers to claim that as copyright? Choose a better name for your brand, work on the unique element of your surname, something.. I mean his image / brand could cover anything used outdoors right?

That was a little bit different, the bloke had bought the domain specifically to sell on, it wasn't an in-use domain or someone's company name. The guy selling was a scammer.
Grylls, however, is an absolute prize tool.
