Creating a .gpx route for Spain

So, bikehike.co.uk works quite well for creating .gpx routes in the UK. I'm wanting to create routes for a spot of road biking in the Picos de Europa. Any tips on which website to use?
Or even better, any good routes from Potes?

For road routes you can just use google maps and export as a .klm file (although i'm struggling to find how, but i've done it in the past

)
Upload to bike hike and then you'll be able to save the file as .gpx
They do end up being large files so you may need to split the up.

Plot your route and then 'Save to my maps' at the bottom of the directions.
From there you can view the route via 'my places' and export to .kml

Install Garmin basecamp then you can create maps for free using this site
http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ and export the GPX out of it.
I've done this in France, USA, Sardinia so should work in Spain

I've done a bit of road work there between Bilbao and the Picos but can't really help you out with road routes, other than to say that there's some stunning scenery and landscapes to be cycled through.
However, you could take a mountain bike instead......

Just use bikehike. You can get it to show the google maps of other countries. :)

Try ridewithgps.com, it has Open Cycle Maps globally, which have lovely contours, and when I was planning routes in the sierra nevadas was really useful as it has all the GRs on it.
