Ok im really not good at this bike malarkie, i keep breaking them...... :???:

This time thankfully its only a pedal bearing gone.
i have tried to take the pedal apart to see any damage or if its repairable, but it would not come apart???

Anyone recommend me some cheap mountain bike pedals that will last a while.
So many to choose from but i dont know which manufacturers to buy from and which to avoid.

Thanks guys

I'm a big fan of Nukeproof electron pedals but tbh I'm not that hard on pedals.

Thanks for he links guys but those Wellgo are the exact pedals i have on at the moment.
I was looking for something a little more sturdy, with a replaceable spindle and bearings in case this happens again.
Then again for £10 i may buy some and hope they last longer than the old ones.

Those old Wellgos last forever! In any case as you say, anything that can have the axle replaced will cost more than a tenner in spares.

I always find that selling them as V8 copies is a bit harsh as A) I think they make V8s and b) that style of pedal has been made by wellgo long before dmr ever existed!

Actually I've just fitted a pair of those Wellgo pedals to my daughters MTB.
