Have you got a gpx or profile of the route? Im really keen to do this, but worried i am nowhere near fit enough to attempt it!

Yes - pm me and I'll send them on to you.
Wouldn't get too stressed as you can bypass the more physically demanding/technical sections if you want to.
Also I think you can limit the distance to 80 miles if you want to and choose a hilly or flat return on day two depending on how you're feeling.

...the new path running parallel to the Aberfoyle - Inversnaid road? If so, folk might like to know that I managed to get three punctures there a couple of months ago. Luckily I had a puncture kit as well as a spare tube with me.

I was riding the Amazon with 35c Maxxis Raze CX tyres. I've never really thought about tubeless for those, though the nature of the punctures (small slashes from over-sharp gravel) might not have been easily sealed in any case,
