DeHydradators

Anyone got any experience of dehydrators? My interest has been peaked after meeting up with two riders at the six bells in Bishops castle on the WRT. Was chatting about the vaguely exciting looking curry they were cooking up for tea. Turns out they'd used a dehydrator. I'd looked at the idea before but they where always too expensive to warrant the 1 or 2 trips I manage a year. But turns out they got theirs for £30.

my oven goes down to 50c so I use that. spread stuff out thinly onto trays and stick it in for a few hours. use the fans setting.

weigh it on the tray before and after then you'll know how much water to add back in.
