Bryn y Fan on WRT

Post by Mandicky »

Hi,

Is there a ride-able route onto the top of Bryn y Fan from the road to the North? My route takes me along that road and the descent down to Clywedog looks like it might be worth the climb up... Any advise welcome :)

Thanks,

Richard

No.

The track (marked as Glyndwrs Way) that runs SW from the main road down to Bryntail mine is nice.
May the bridges you burn light your way

Cheers folks, that track is now on my route. I've been using Strava to find MTB segments on the assumption that if something has been ridden quite a few times it may actually exist! :) I don't trust OS bridleways after Monk's Trod......

I wouldn't trust Stu's grid refs either.
