Dually rims came in so i finally got round to knocking the wheels up.
Travers Prong fork up front with a 15mm axle.
Rear is a hope SS with dually rim and a 2.3 Spesh Ground control tyre. Spesh tyres are pretty good at being accurate for size on normal rims and on the 45mm velocity they look really nice. I wouldnt want to go much bigger in the el mariachi frame. I was trying to inflate a non tubeless ardent 2.4 but it was being a pig and I didnt know if it would fit anyway so I stuck the GC on and it popped straight up tubless.
The front has a Knard 120tpi on. I got it to go up tubeless but it took 15-20 mins of faff and needed the old soapy water trick for the rim. Even then, at 10ish psi it needed a few horizontal spins on the floor before it would seal a bit higher (I like to leave inital tubless seals higher for a few hours to seal up).
For those that care, both rims have a single central electrical tape wrap and a single 25mm strip of stans yellow. Stans valves too. They've been up about 3 hours now and are holding fine but not been ridden yet.
Final fact.... 25.5 lbs
