Stumbled across this and it had no explanation what so ever. Just wondered if anyone knew the story behind it?

Well there's nothing in that web article about the said picture.

You can drag and drop images into a google search - that will tell you if it appears anywhere else on line and hopefully you'll find the story to go with it (I would do it but am on my phone atm)

I have seen it before but unable to recall where or the story behind it.

Well the mouseover text for the picture does say "Gerben Karstens scrambles to his feet after sentence fall before the pack catches up with him during the Tour de France." :twisted:
