A humbling day but fun too!

I spent yesterday up at Coed y Brenin helping guide/instruct a day for disabled riders. It's the first time I've had much to do with handbikes, etc. I had the chance to ride various types before people turned up and strangely I only had a few near misses.

In the afternoon a group of us went for a ride, the determination shown by all the riders on the handbikes was superb, so was the enthusiasm with one rider launching himself over the edge of a berm, gaining a black eye, getting rolled back onto his wheels then giving it another go

There's now talk of an overnighter sometime next year ... that'll be a real adventure. If it comes off I may be asking for assistance/helpers - you've been warned
