I'm looking to buy someone a foam roller ... and I know nowt.
Are they pretty much of a muchness? Do I need anything specific? Are the textured ones better? Should it be orange or blue? etc, etc, etc.
Opinions, advice, thoughts very welcome.
Ta.

Well if you're doing yours, can you pop round and do my bathroom ceiling? Mother in law is down midweek and I'm having to cut my ride short tomorrow as "it needs doing".
Failing that, I saw a shooting thread on STW that I could get involved with...

I've got both a normal smooth one which is best if you've never used one before.

Once you get hooked on self inflicting pain then a rumble roller is the way to go.
