Mapping?

So.
Considering that I'm regularly faffing about with maps and really enjoy doing so too I'm looking for some really nice online mapping software.
I currently use Bikehike to load and plot routes. Its really good for this, its also possible to upload a route and see where you went.
I also recently started to use garmin connect, which is pretty good. Although it seems a faff to upload a route from a garmin etrex as I need to pick each record manually. Not the end of the world, but annoying. It has a decent level of info too I guess.
Is there any online software, I'm happy to pay for something if it does the job, that allows me to plan and load routes, overlay routes, add points of interest to routes (like resupply points etc). I'd also like it to let me load up the route afterwards and see speed and elevation etc.
Also, I want to be able to download OS style maps, with my route and additional points on to PDF to take with me.
There must be one or two of us that have this sort of thing on the go. What do you recommend?
Ta.
