Bit of a long shot but does anyone have a shimano (10sp) adaptor for old hope Tech levers in their spares bin?

I have a hope shimano one and iirc its a flat bar to connect with 3 holes, is that the right one ?

Not sure if the below is any use but got one brand new in the shed if it would work.

Going to need 2 but will take anything i can get
