I make a big bag of trail mix, 125g packet of peanut M&Ms, 100g bag of macadamia nuts, 100g of some sort of tart dried fruit i.e. cranberries. I mix it al together, then consume half one day, half the next. If there's a SPAR or something, and given their prevalence, a pre-mixed protein shake; think the stuff that rhymes with fuel, bogging but does the job...

Pork pies, sausage rolls, steak bridies, cheese rolls (with added crisps), wraps full of cheese, bacon, grains and ketchup. Can't be bothered making stuff so this keeps me right through thick and thin!
