Wtd: Rapid fire bar mount

Anyone have a rapid fire bar mount kicking about in their spares box?
Currently have a 10 speed XT shifter that has an ispec mount but new brake levers don't have ispec.
Below is a pic of the current ispec mount. After a standard bar mount version of it.
